Name: yunlai zhang Jun Feng
The Project team consisted of 16 personnel from Beijing Business and Technology university(BTBU) and Yansha outlet. Professor Jun Feng, associate professor Yunlai Zhang, Yingru Feng chang-bin Wang, Xiaoran Tian and Zheng Cui came form BTBU, most of them had teaching, researching and consulting experience of service management, retail management, marketing etc. There were 10 personnel from Yansh outlets. Linping Zhou is vice President, Qing Wang is service director, they are mainly responsible for service management.
As a professor of BTBU, Jun Feng mainly engages in teaching and researching on service management and chain operation. He provided advisory service to more than 10 enterprises,such as Yansha outlet, Qing-Feng Steamed Dumpling Shop, Xibei naked oats village ,and Tianlun international hotel management group. He Published four books including service management and service enterprise management and more than 50 papers. In this project, as one of project leader, he was mainly responsible for the project design of overall framework, the research on service blueprint technology standard and the propulsion of the project research.
Yunlai Zhang is an Associate Researcher of BTBU. He received her PhD in Management from Nankai University of China in 2006 and has been a visiting scholar of California state university. His main research topics are service marketing. He has published over 30 high-level academic papers in Tourism Tribune, Journal of Nankai University. He presided over a number of research projects by Ministry of Education and other organizations. In this project ,he took charge of drawing service blue print.
Linping Zhou is vice President of Yansha Outlets shopping centre in charge of sales management, service management and marketing mainly in the shopping centre. As one of the project director, she was mainly responsible for coordination of enterprise personnel, resource allocation, project implementation in this project.
