Mohit on ChatID from Phoebe: But why do we need a Beta strip? How do you feel about clarifying the language by saying "Register Your Business ChatID?" What if we flip the order (email first then ChatID) and we parse the ChatID name from the email they provide us?

Mohit on ChatID i like the images of the user as a personalized feature. the names of the user could be highlighted in another color (e.g. blue for user and green for the company).

context will be an important aspect. this is a question more about embedded or pop up window

Mohit on ChatID this looks great, clean and simple is the key. i think the down arrow on the top bar should be replaced with a Gear or something to denote Prefs. the down arrow just signifies expand/collapse to me
